    Please let us know your plans for the day, if you are booking a room at the hotel and if you would like a space reserved on the minibus to and from the venue. (Evening guests will need to organise an UBER or Taxi from the hotel to the venue, you can be included on the return transport to the hotel at the end of the evening.

    Set within beautiful Warwickshire countryside is Swallows Nest Barn, a stunning venue on the edge of the Cotswolds.

    The stylishly reinstated, 19th Century barn is steeped in character and set in a valley of beautiful private farm land, only five minutes from Warwick, and junction fifteen of the M40.

    A contemporary glazed annex sits beautifully against the traditional brickwork of the main barn and the walled courtyard creates a stunning outside space.

    PREMIER INN WARWICK

    We have not been able to hold any rooms or get a group price so you the sooner you book the better deal you will get.

    You will be able to store bags in a store room at the hotel on arrival for collection on return to the hotel.

    DAY GUESTS - A FREE Coach will be helping you transfer between hotel and venue , please be at the front of the hotel by 1230pm to transfer to the venue.

    EVENING GUESTS - UBER is available in the area should you want to arrange your own transport from the hotel to the venue in the evening. We can include you on the return transport to the hotel at the end of the evening. (Select this in the RSVP below)

  • Let us entertain you.

    Keep an eye out for Jen, our Poetry Queen, who will be around throughout the day and into the evening to write you a bespoke poem, on a traditional typewriter, something for you as a keepsake.

    These can be for you and your partner, friends, or work besties, doesn’t have to all be about you, unless you want it to be ;)

    A round of Crazy Golf in the court yard for you to enjoy, loser buys the next round?

    We have a great DJ booked for the evening to get you on the dance floor as we celebrate. They will be taking song requests (but not playing the shit ones!) on the night. REGIONAL WINNERS - The Wedding Industry Awards 2024 & 2025!.

    We also have a great band to get things started, Mike has worked with Groove Anatomy for a number of years. They will have you on the dancelfoor in no time!

    The best gift you could give is your attendance on the day.

    However, if you wish to ‘give the gays a gift’, feel free. As we already have our first home and a cute (albeit anti social) child/cat, a donation towards our honeymoon or a gift of your choice would be lovingly accepted.

    On planning our day we made the decision that it would be a day for the adults (if that’s what you call yourself) to come together, celebrate and party.

    To make this work we ask that, if you have kids, find them a sitter, and enjoy a day kid free, you wont regret it!
